Thomas Conway
12 years old.
I make things at home: an AI, a robot arm, a 3D printing business, a game called funz and my own computer.
Work
Cognira
A small language model that learns from the people who use it.
Runs on one iMac. It has a status page, whose main job is checking the iMac is up.
Liability
A robot arm made from an old Ender 3 and some love.
It broke my fingers.
form3d
My 3D printing business. Upload a model, pick a colour, get a price.
Everything is made to order, which is a fancy way of saying it doesn’t exist until you ask for it.
My Computer
A custom PC, funded by many Christmases and birthdays.
The stickers on the case were free. They do not make it faster. I haven’t ruled it out.
funz
A website where the most API requests win the page.
People play it. Agents play it harder.
Now
Cognira has applied to Y Combinator’s Winter 2027 batch.
Fingers crossed, where possible.
